Note: Board President is an ex-officio member of all committees. Committees are to meet at least once per quarter as a body, and as needed. Committee reports are to be submitted to the Board Secretary a week prior to regular Board meetings for inclusion in Board packets. In the event of an emergency meeting taking place within fewer than 7 days prior to a regular Board meeting, a written report will be accepted for distribution to the Board at the time of the Board meeting.
