Registration
In order to gain admission to The Queen City Academy Charter School, a parent/guardian must fill out an application. All of the supporting documents listed on the website must be returned before an application will be entered into the lottery. The first lottery will be held in January for admission for the following school year. At the lottery, the parent/guardian will receive a wait list number. It is not necessary for a parent/guardian to attend the meeting but you are welcome to. If you do not attend, you may call the school the following day to receive your number. This number is where the child will fall on the list. For example, if a child receives number "20" then he has 19 more candidates before him. The school secretary will call you when your child's name has been reached. You must call within 24-48 hours to accept or the spot will be lost. If your child's number has not been reached within a year, a NEW application must be filled out for the following school year and each subsequent year."
How do I register?
Please submit the following documents to The Queen City Academy at 815 W. 7th Street.

INCOMPLETE applications will NOT be accepted.
Applications are kept on file for one (1) school year. |
